General product grading overview

Grade A:
Product is in New or “Like New” condition. There are virtually no cosmetic blemishes on the product.
Grade B:
Product is tested and is fully functional. Product may have very minor cosmetic blemishes. These blemishes are small and often only perceivable upon very close inspection. The amount of cosmetic blemishes is minimal and generally only on a small portion of the product.
Grade C:
Product is tested and is fully functional. Product may have deep scratches, small cracks, and discoloration. There are more cosmetic blemishes than a Grade B product and blemishes are significantly more visible.


LCD Screens:
 Grade A:
Our Grade A screens are in nearly perfect condition. Even the smallest blemish on the display will usually drop a screen out of the A grade category.
Grade B:
Screen is tested and is fully functional. The screen may have very small blemishes that are only perceivable upon close inspection. These blemishes are generally only small scratches located near the edge of the screen. Usually these blemishes are not visible when the screen is in use.
Grade C:
Screen is tested and is fully functional. The screen may have significant scratches that are easily seen. Wear marks from the keyboard may be visible. Some blemishes may be visible when the screen is in use.
