Boston Police Photo of Mimmi last seen near Dewey Square

Statement for our missing daughter, Mimmi

We are urgently searching for our daughter, Mimmi Huria, who has been missing from South Station since March 2nd 2024. Mimmi is Black, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with a slim build, dark eyes, and medium-length hair. She was last seen wearing a black coat, khaki pants with red pants underneath, and a scarf. Mimmi was traveling with two pieces of luggage and a guitar case.

According to the Milton Police Department, it has been confirmed that Mimmi went missing after she got off the school bus at South Station at around 12:15PM. She was last observed by Mass Transit cameras near Dewey Square. This is out of character for Mimmi and we are very concerned that she Mimmi is in danger.

Mimmi attends Kents Hill School, an independent college-preparatory school for boarding and day students located in Kents Hill, Maine. She was coming home to us for the start of her school break. The school bus is required to drop off students on Summer Street, outside South Station, but this time round they had new bus driver who entered South Station and did not drop off the Kents Hill students at the designated Summer Street stop. It was not communicated to us that the drop off point had changed. In addition, a school chaperone is required to hand off the students to their parents and this didn't happen. Mimmi was not handed over to us.

If you have any information regarding our missing daughter, Mimmi, please contact the Milton police at (617-698-1212). Please help us bring our daughter, Mimmi, home. We humbly ask you to share this message with your friends and family.

Thank you and God bless you!
