In a large village, Ujuna, a kind girl born out of wedlock, and her grandmother N live in poverty and isolation due to social stigma. Ujuna faces bullying and ridicule but finds solace in a new, wealthy family that moves into the village. She befriends their daughter, A, and eventually falls in love with Aisa from the same family.
When the kingdom suffers a fertility crisis, Ujuna’s pregnancy makes her a key figure. The king, desperate for an heir, captures Ujuna and declares her queen. A stranger reveals that a curse from past injustices against a pregnant woman is affecting the village. The king is dethroned, and Aisa becomes king. Ujuna and Aisa's rule brings fairness and changes to the village, leading to a happier and more accepting community.
