Instead, they're shown options far from downtown. Suspecting discrimination, they confront Nicole, who denies it. Later, a wealthy man expresses interest in buying the house, revealing that he's purchasing it for his adopted brother, who is Black. In a twist, the man exposes the realtor’s racism, revealing the whole interaction was part of a journalist's investigation into discriminatory practices. The couple then secures the house, and the agent's reputation is ruined.
