Maran's friend Yad is mistaken for a thief and is accused of robbing several banks. The police confront Maran, who defends Yad despite the witnesses’ claims. Maran describes Yad's appearance and is soon relieved to find out that Yad is not the fugitive. However, Yad admits to robbing banks and intends to rob more, revealing that she borrowed money in a questionable manner.

Maran, caught in the middle, tries to help Yad but ends up being involved in the situation. Eventually, Yad is arrested by the police for the crimes she committed. Maran, despite her initial fears, is thankful for the help she received and is relieved that the truth came to light.
