PORK DINUGUAN

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kilogram pork kasim (cubed)

1 & 3/4 cups pig's blood (strained)

2 tbsp vinegar + another 3 tbsp

6 cloves garlic, chopped

1 thumb-sized ginger. sliced

2 stalk lemongrass, sliced

1 large onion, sliced

1/2 tsp of black pepper

2 cups of water

1 pork cube seasoning

Green chili pepper (adjust to taste)

3/4 cup of coconut milk

1 tbsp of brown sugar

Fish sauce or salt to taste

1 1/4 cup Cake flour

150ml whole milk

1/2 cup sugar (pwede kayo mag add ng sugar)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

3 eggs white

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cream of tartar (tartar)
