"Malaking Manok" is a Tagalog horror animation based on a true story about Tito, a farmer whose prized large rooster draws the attention of the village. As the local festival approaches, strange occurrences begin—animals go missing, and the rooster starts acting oddly. Villagers warn Tito that an aswang may be targeting his prized bird to gain power.

When the rooster goes missing and eerie events escalate, Tito consults a local albularyo (healer) who guides him in a ritual to confront the aswang. In a tense climax, Tito battles the creature, determined to protect his family and reclaim the rooster.
