"Kambal" is a Tagalog horror animation based on a true story about twins Ella and Ethan, who move to a rural area known for its folklore about engkantos (nature spirits). After exploring the nearby forest, they inadvertently disturb an engkanto, leading to strange occurrences—nightmares, eerie visions, and a feeling of being watched.

Concerned for their safety, their parents consult a local albularyo (healer), who reveals that the engkanto is seeking revenge for their intrusion. To appease the spirit and restore peace, Ella and Ethan must journey into the forest and confront the engkanto to seek forgiveness. The story explores themes of sibling bonds, respect for nature, and the consequences of meddling with the supernatural.
