In a charity cafeteria, a disheveled man asks for water, but the staff member rudely dismisses him and belittles his appearance. The staff member, irritated by the man's presence and complaints, threatens him with further trouble if he doesn't leave. Despite the man's pleas for basic help and a clean place to sit, he's met with hostility and condescension.
