Emily’s fiancé, Greg, is in a coma after a suspicious hit-and-run accident. Emily, heartbroken and pregnant, is visited by her ex, Todd, who offers comfort and begins to confuse her with expensive gifts and promises. Todd eventually reveals that he was the one who hit Greg and manipulates Emily into leaving Greg for him. Emily faces a tough choice but ultimately decides to stay with Greg, influenced by her friend Mary’s encouragement to follow her heart.
