The movie begins with four men arriving in Washington, D.C., in a rundown car. Two of the men, U.S. Secret Service agents Riley and Colt, step out, while the other two are goons working for Tyn Duyck, a sociopathic murderer. Colt carries a steel ball containing vials of a mysterious blue liquid that grants invisibility to anyone who drinks it.
