Mr. Warren, a company leader, goes undercover as a janitor to better understand his employees and the company’s operations. During his time as "Jim the Janitor," he encounters two employees: Rick, who displays unprofessional behavior and misuses company resources, and Sarah, who shows dedication and respect for her job.
