In this script, a group of young dancers auditions for the Aluma Squad dance team. They mock an older woman named Sandy who arrives to audition, doubting her abilities because of her age. Despite the bullying, Sandy is determined to follow her dream of dancing again. She finds support from Ryan, a younger dancer, who helps her practice for the final audition. 

On audition day, Sandy impresses everyone with her performance but chooses to reject the spot on the team after realizing the toxic environment fostered by the other dancers. Instead, she decides to start her own dance team that promotes inclusivity and encouragement. In the end, other dancers join her in leaving the toxic team, highlighting themes of resilience, empowerment, and the importance of supportive leadership.
