In this office drama, Jordan, a shy employee, struggles with his crush on his boss, Serena, while competing for a promotion against his more confident coworker, Chris. After Chris inadvertently makes Jordan look incompetent, they are both tasked with submitting a business analysis for the promotion. 

Jordan finally musters the courage to ask Serena out, but the moment is clouded by a plagiarism accusation when both submissions turn out to be identical. Chris tries to pin the blame on Jordan, but Jordan stands up for himself and reveals the truth, leading to Chris's dismissal. 

In the end, Serena reveals she has feelings for Jordan too, and they agree to go on a date. Jordan learns the importance of speaking up, ultimately gaining both the promotion and a chance at romance.
