Leah is being pressured by a friend to try smoking a cigarette, despite her hesitation and knowing it's unhealthy. Her friend dismisses her concerns, encouraging her to think for herself and promising it will give her a "good buzz." Just as Leah is about to give in, her brother comes home unexpectedly, and Leah panics since she’s not supposed to have anyone over while their parents are away. Her friend, however, confidently brushes off Leah’s worries, claiming that her brother is a "pushover" and that they'll handle the situation.
