Five friends—Fred, Karine, Chloe, Loic, and Guillaume—set out on a hiking trip in Croatia, despite warnings about the unsafe trail. Tensions rise early on, as Guillaume is Chloe’s ex-boyfriend, which bothers her current boyfriend, Loic. During the hike, they face increasingly dangerous obstacles, including a collapsing bridge and steep cliffs. Fred, the experienced climber, is eventually injured by a bear trap and mysteriously disappears.

The group continues searching for him but faces numerous deadly traps, revealing they are being hunted by a poacher named Anton. As they struggle to survive, Loic betrays Guillaume and later dies after falling from a cliff during a confrontation with Anton. Guillaume, consumed by jealousy, lets Loic fall to his death, but he is soon killed by Anton with a crossbow.

In the final confrontation, Chloe fights Anton, but instead of delivering the final blow, she hesitates and flees. Anton cuts the cable she’s descending on, leaving her fate uncertain. The movie ends by revealing that only Loic’s body was found, while the others, including Anton, remain missing, leaving the mystery unsolved.
