Charlie, a morbidly obese English instructor at Deckley University, teaches online writing courses with his webcam off due to shame about his appearance. One rainy Wednesday, after class, he begins to have a heart attack while trying to enjoy himself. As he struggles for air, he takes out an essay to read. Suddenly, he hears a knock on the door and assumes it's his friend Liz, inviting the visitor in.
