The movie Ip Man: Kung Fu Master (2019) centers around Captain Ip Man, a fearless cop in Foshan who is determined to stop crime and bring justice. After arresting the gang leader San Yi, Ip Man uncovers an opium-smuggling operation involving Japanese dealers. Despite the chief of police, Chief Yuan, being corrupt and favoring the gang, Ip Man and San Yi find themselves with a shared goal of stopping the opium trade.
