We had a great time making our own buyad (dried fish) as happy islanders! We started by selecting fresh fish and seasoning them with salt and spices. After laying them out to dry in the sun, we enjoyed the warm breeze and chatted while waiting. Once ready, we savored our homemade buyad, appreciating the delicious flavors and the effort involved. It was a fun experience that taught us about traditional food preparation and created lasting memories together!
