We had a wonderful time harvesting clams, or tagitis, and then cooking with our fresh catch! The kids excitedly dug in the sand, learning about different types of clams. After gathering a good haul, we prepared a delicious meal, cooking them in a savory broth with garlic, ginger, and fresh herbs. Enjoying our homemade dish together was a perfect way to celebrate our hard work, creating lasting memories and delicious flavors!
