We had a great time cooking with the Happy Islanders Surf Club boys using puso ng saging from our tree at home! Everyone gathered the fresh ingredients and learned to prepare traditional dishes. We sautéed the banana hearts with garlic, onions, and spices, creating a delicious meal together. The boys enjoyed getting hands-on in the kitchen, sharing laughs and stories. It was a fun and educational experience, celebrating local ingredients and bonding over our love for cooking!
