We had a fantastic time harvesting our bananas for merienda, preparing to make ginanggang! The kids eagerly picked ripe bananas from our tree and helped in the kitchen. After coating the bananas in a sweet batter, we cooked them over the fire, filling the air with a delicious aroma. Enjoying the warm, crispy ginanggang together was a perfect way to celebrate our harvest and share a tasty treat as a family!
