The story opens with the main protagonist, Faye, fighting valiantly against a horde of attackers in pouring rain. Despite sustaining numerous injuries, his martial arts skills and quick reflexes initially give him the advantage. However, he ultimately becomes overwhelmed and is knocked to the ground.
