In this narrative, Agu, a young boy, tries to make a quick buck by selling a unique TV that allows viewers to watch their own live tell novellas. Despite his efforts to entertain a disinterested guard, Agu and his friends eventually manage to sell the TV to a toll gate guard in exchange for food. At home, Agu helps his mother cook and teaches her English while reflecting on his relationship with his father, a former school teacher now helping refugees.
