Lucy, looking disheveled after a night of partying, is approached by Richard outside a busy office building. He pressures her into delivering a briefcase, claiming he can't be seen again due to suspicion. Although Lucy senses something is off, she reluctantly agrees, only for Richard to handcuff the briefcase to her arm. Once inside the building in Taiwan, she struggles with language barriers and is soon apprehended by guards. In a panic, she witnesses Richard being shot and is dragged upstairs to meet Mr. Jang, the head of the operation.
