In a city overwhelmed by a sudden influx of patients, Doctor Singh discovers that a deadly virus called H5G9, nicknamed “the Sick,” is spreading rapidly. After finding out that his wife Rani is infected, he struggles to get her to the hospital amid chaos and riots. At the hospital, he learns that newborns are being born with animal parts, raising fears about their origins. Meanwhile, Richard takes refuge in Yellowstone National Park with a deer baby, seeking to escape the turmoil. As the virus decimates the population and society collapses, an event known as “The Great Crumble” ensues, leaving survivors to navigate a changed world.
