A mysterious cargo is delivered in New Orleans by the ship Genesis. Biggie distributes a new drug called Power to dealers, allowing them to sell it at any price. Robin tries to sell Power on the streets but is attacked by three boys. Police officer Frank intervenes, warning about the dangers of Power.
