In a post-apocalyptic USA after a nuclear holocaust called The Flash, Eli survives in a wasteland. He hunts a cat for food, then cooks and shares it with a rat. After finding a woman in need, his resources are dwindling. Despite the challenges, he continues to travel in search of survival.
