In 2017, Dr. Kim Joon-young is on a flight back to Korea, where a flight attendant asks for his autograph. Joon-young's coworker, Yong-sun, suggests he signs for publicity as they are short on donations. Upon landing, Joon-young tries to contact his daughter Eun-jung but she ignores him, upset that he missed her birthday and normal activities. Despite fame, Joon-young remains humble and refuses VIP treatment at the airport. When a child chokes nearby, he saves the child's life without seeking recognition. Desperate to reach his daughter, Yong-sun offers him chocolates and advises him to reconcile with Eun-jung and resolve business matters.
