A pregnant woman is kidnapped by gangsters and forced onto an operating table as doctors prepare to remove the baby. She manages to kick a doctor and run away to protect her unborn child, only to be hit by a car. The gangster, Turhan, calls for medical help and lies about her condition to save her. Turhan, who is in love with her, advises her to escape with the baby to avoid danger from rival gangster families. The woman, Yagmur, had met mob boss Hasmet on a flight to London, and now her existence threatens the fragile peace between the gangs.
