The show starts with female health assistant Chucha on her first day at work. She visits a patient, Han Kilu, in a luxurious mansion. When she tries to treat him, he panics and runs away. Mrs. Han worries about her son, but the housekeeper assures that a skilled doctor is coming from abroad. Chucha ends up accidentally kissing Kilu. The real doctor then arrives, and Chucha realizes her mistake.
