Officers Simmons and Guy are given an important mission by their chief to arrest one of the FBI's most wanted criminals who will be at a house later that night. They must stake out the house and arrest the criminal if he shows up, without being seen. It is their last chance before he escapes to Cuba. Despite questioning why they can't just arrest him at the airport, they agree to focus on the mission. Simmons suggests stopping at Dairy Queen for ice cream on the way.
