The story begins with two kids playing together, with Yi drawing a picture of a prince and princess. Her friend Tumi dismisses her dream, saying one can only be a princess by birth. Years later, Yi wakes up on a bus and offers her seat to a pregnant woman. She later rushes to her part-time job at a cafe, where her coworker Misha is let go due to budget cuts. Yi, sensing Misha's distress as a single mom, decides to help her out.
