Our female lead, Chu Sha, receives a surprise visit from a customer seeking treatment. She is escorted to a young man, Han Kilu, assuming he is her client. As she approaches him, Kilu runs away. Meanwhile, conversations between Kilu's mother and a psychologist reveal a mix-up between Chu Sha and Miss Han. They discover that Chu Sha is not a real doctor, leading to confusion and misunderstandings.
