The show follows the protagonist Jisoo, a young woman working in an ad agency where she is well-liked for being hardworking and caring. However, her coworkers are unaware that she is actually a manipulator who tricks them into liking her. When asked out by a barista named Jiho, Jisoo pretends to be surprised and agrees to go out with him despite having a boyfriend. She uses her manipulative tactics not only on Jiho but also on her boss Teo, who is more work-oriented.
