The movie starts with a montage showing the secret institution known as "the organization" training boys to be assassins from a young age. The boys have shaved heads with barcodes tattooed on them. The deadliest assassin, Agent 47, confronts an Interpol agent as other similar assassinations happen globally. Agent 47 takes on a job to assassinate the Russian president, but a witness complicates matters. Meanwhile, Interpol inspector Mike pursues Agent 47. As Agent 47 faces off against another assassin, Mike learns the target survived the assassination attempt. The story unfolds with a mix of action and intrigue in various locations.
