The movie is split into three stories. In the first one, a woman named Kanako spends time with her fiance, who is recently divorced. They exchange gifts, but Kanako is targeted by a mysterious presence. She encounters strange incidents and a woman in red, leading to a dangerous chase. Eventually, Kanako falls from a height and ends up in a coma. In a flashback, it is revealed that the paranormal events were a result of her imagination. After recovering from the coma, Kanako visits a memorial, suggesting closure and healing. The storyline explores themes of trauma, imagination, and healing through a series of supernatural events.
