In the opening scene, we meet Uka Ishimori, a timid middle school student bullied by her classmates. As she contemplates high school choices, her tormentor Remy shoves her to the ground and mocks her. Despite constant bullying, Ishimori lacks the courage to fight back. In high school, we are introduced to Kai, a popular student with a bottle of lemon soda, who faces jealousy from peers but stands up for himself by splashing soda on a mocker.
