Over the following days, Holly and Seth engage in psychological mind games, with Holly trying to draw Seth in by slipping details while he accuses her of committing murders out of guilt. Holly, however, counters that she kills for pleasure. Despite her attempts to manipulate Seth, he knows her well and remains unmoved. Eventually, Holly manages to manipulate Seth into getting her food, but their twisted relationship takes a dark turn when she instructs him on disposing of a body. Seth ends up committing murder under her influence, and months later, Holly is back with another man while Seth remains imprisoned and tortured in an abandoned warehouse.
