The opening scene introduces Tom Chidling, a skilled thief with parkour abilities, who steals an envelope but is betrayed and left for dead. The film then shifts to Oliver, a boy who turns to theft and graffiti art after his mother's death. Encountering a criminal gang led by Fagin, Oliver declines initially but eventually joins after feeling a sense of belonging among the orphans. Fagin enlists Oliver to train with the group, including a member named Red. Meanwhile, Fagin strikes a deal with Sykes, who reveals his role in Tom's demise. Oliver agrees to join the criminal family as they plan to target a wealthy man, Dr. Crispin.
