Last time on Jeffy Ball Z, Frieza was knocked into a pool and seeks revenge. The Brooklyn guys stole Jeffy's wish again, prompting him to wish for ultimate power. Frieza plans to collect the dragon balls to become all-powerful and never lose again. He tasks a monkey to distract Jeffy while he finds the dragon balls. Despite Jeffy's injuries, he must find the dragon balls to secure his victories.
