On the last episode of Jeffy Ball Z, Jeffy obtained all the dragon balls, only for the Brooklyn guy to steal his wish. Jeffy seeks revenge, questioning the Brooklyn guy's powers. After a battle, Jeffy realizes he wasted his wish on an outfit, which he returns. They decide to search for the dragon balls together. Jeffy sets off to find the dragon balls, determined to raise his power level.
