When a super villain decides to shrink the moon and cause a catastrophe on Earth, Gru and the minions use their skills to stand up to Vector's attack. In a strange event involving a pyramid theft and orphaned sisters selling cookies, Gru hatches a plan to steal the moon using a shrink ray and a rocket. Despite past losses at the bank of evil, Gru confidently seeks a loan for his audacious scheme.
