After escaping a forest of wild animals, a talking dog must adapt to city life with his guardian. In the series "Doug Days," every morning he wakes up his owner, helps with carpentry, but inadvertently causes chaos. Trying to protect a bird feeder, he scares away birds and battles a squirrel. The squirrel steals food, puppies wreak havoc, but Doug teaches them to be brave. Despite the mess, the dog's owner appreciates his efforts. When the puppies leave, Doug is sad but carries on his journey.
