In Ice Age Collision Course, a prehistoric squirrel named Scrat accidentally activates a flying saucer frozen for thousands of years while trying to bury his nut. The saucer takes off into space, causing chaos as it collides with planets and creates a meteor shower. Meanwhile, on Earth, Manny the mammoth and his family deal with relationship issues while dealing with incoming meteorites. Scrat eventually manages to guide the saucer back towards Earth but accidentally changes the ship's gravity settings, leading to a comedic mishap. As meteorites head towards the forest, the animals scramble to find safety, culminating in a chaotic but humorous adventure.
