After being deceived by his best friend, a young man whose body is possessed by the spirit of a demonic clown becomes involved in an insane game. Due to a traumatic experience that claimed his father's life, he believes there is a clown inside him. When experiencing intense emotions, the clown emerges, causing him to see people as terrifying creatures. Despite his job as a clown in an amusement park, he struggles financially. He falls in love with a nurse at the hospital where his mother is in a coma. When his friend tries to take advantage of him, the possessed clown within him takes over.
