My parents have always been a bit eccentric, but recently their behavior has become downright creepy. They obsessively collect odd items and have family game nights that feel controlling. Their constant snooping through my belongings and comments about my life make me feel like I’m under a microscope. While I know they love me, their overprotectiveness is suffocating. I've started distancing myself to seek independence and establish boundaries for my own peace of mind, trying to find a balance between their love and my personal freedom.
