Starting your own business can be both exciting and daunting at the same time. As an entrepreneur, you need to know many things in order to run your business well and make it successful, especially if it’s your first business venture. In addition to managing employees, finances, sales, marketing and so on, one thing that makes running your own business difficult is remembering all the tasks you need to accomplish every day.The world of entrepreneurship was not part of my upbringing in any way. I had never attended business school, never read any books about business, and never received any training about starting my own company before deciding to do so. So when I decided to start my first company, I didn’t have any clue what the first step would be or how it would all play out in the end.
