Most people start their businesses or shops without knowing anything about marketing, but you will, at some point, need to start learning about it because selling online can never work without marketing. I also started by using Instagram, and I was just posting randomly, but when I started learning how marketing works there, I understood why I haven't been able to get any customers.

No, not really. Not trying to be a downer. You will have to learn marketing or outsource it to be successful. This is no different than putting your product on a shelf at Walmart vs. opening your own new store down the road from Walmart.

It is worth it, we don't run any kind of traditional advertising and work entirely off of search engine hits and organic refferals. Start working on the site, you can keep using other platforms until you start seeing traction on Invastor. It takes a long time for you to build a proper website with a good reputation so you may as well start now.
