How Can I Recreate This Business Model? I've been seeing these businesses popping up where they get packages from online companies, bring them into a warehouse, and then hire drivers to distribute them. I just don’t know how you can be a niche. So many online facilities including amazon does all that so such simple scale ease and cheap pricing … what would be your whole value proposition? If it’s nothing special save your time now. Unless you can figure out a specific niche and only 1500 sq that won’t cut it. If that was the case then anyone with garage space can launch a fulfillment center.
